Try This Tonight

Dim the lights.
Put your phone away.
Stretch or move gently for two minutes.
Lie back onto Spherehead.
Let your head settle into the cradle.
Relax your jaw and shoulders.
Take ten slow breaths.
Let sleep arrive naturally.
  • Release the day

Start by giving your body a signal that the day is done. Stretch gently. Roll your shoulders. Let your breath slow down. Create a small pause between everything you had to do and the rest you are about to receive.

This does not need to be complicated. A few minutes of mindful movement can help shift your body from effort into ease.

  • Settle into support

Lie back onto Spherehead and let your head find the center cradle. The sculpted shape is made to cradle your head so your body can stop searching for comfort. Instead of adjusting all night, you can simply settle in.

This is where the ritual begins to work. The body softens. The breath slows. The mind gets quieter.

  • Breathe into stillness

Place one hand on your chest or stomach. Inhale slowly. Exhale longer. Let each breath tell your body that you are safe, supported, and allowed to rest.

Use this moment for breathwork, a body scan, a guided meditation, or simple quiet. Spherehead helps create a physical anchor for that practice.

The Way You Enter Rest Matters

Most of us do not fall asleep gently. We collapse into bed with full minds, tight shoulders, clenched jaws, and bodies that are still carrying the day.

Spherehead was created to support a different kind of night — one built around stillness, breath, and intentional rest.

It is not about doing more before bed. It is about creating the conditions for your body to finally let go.
